What does Mighty Warrior do:

Mighty Warrior creates personalized programs to identify root of issue through video motion analysis and correcting dynamic and static postural imbalances, release muscle tension, strengthening weak muscles, and preparing individuals for optimal performance. 

This program includes:

  • Sports/Athletic therapy/training

  • Personal training

  • Pre/postnatal fitness

  • Running coaching

  • Recovery modalities
